Location is great, walking distance to city center, shopping and restaurants. The room was ok, clean and had a coffee machine.
Breakfast should be improved. no vegetables, mostly sweets, carbs and cakes. Dining area is very small and right at the entrance, next to the reception. The staff demanded to eat over trays and then to stack them on a rack by the kitchen.

AMAZING location near Duomo, restaurants, cafes and shopping.
Compared to our other rooms during our trip to north Italy, this hotel room was a little on the small size but we managed. The shower worked well and there's a great view of Duomo.
The hotel is clean and the area is quiet despite its central location. There's a door to a terrace that has more of a feeling of a fire escape but there's a table with two chairs and a great view of Duomo. We had great breezes in the evening there.
The Cadorna train station is 850m away but we highly recommend a taxi for around €12.50 as the sidewalks are bumpy and, depending on the time of day, there is lots of traffic. The Malpensa Airport Express train offers to/from service at Cadorna.
Breakfast was good though the food service area is small. You can buy water and snacks on site. There's a nice sitting area between reception and the lift. Housekeeping happened early... while we were having our breakfast... and they did a great job. Naturale water provided daily which was nice. Bed was very comfortable.
Nothing negative to mention here. It was a serviceable room as we were looking for a day in Milan before flying home. It suit its purpose wonderfully.

The location is amazing, easy to get to multiple subway or streetcar options, very reasonable walk to the Duomo, castle, and many other things. The room was comfortable, good size for 2 of us. We were on 7th floor and had a magnificent view of the Duomo!! Then there is the 9th floor terrace! 360 degree view of the city, the mountains in the distance. Great place to go and sit and relax day or night!

The room is clean, location is convenient
The room was very small, with no bedside table and the headboard placed awkwardly right next to the door. Inside the room was an access to a long corridor with stairs leading up to a door — all in very poor condition — opening onto a terrace I didn’t request or want, and wasn't advertised on the website. This setup gave the uncomfortable impression of sleeping in a public hallway. The small windows offered a view of a technical building, further adding to the lack of charm.
