Ideal location, 2 minutes from the Duomo. Absolutely lovely staff. Everything was very clean.
nice bedrooms. Our toilet leaked a bit when the shower was on, but the staff put out towels to absorb the extra water which helped. Sometimes the air coming out of the A/C smelled bad but we could live with it.

-The location is excellent
- The staff were very friendly and helpful
- breakfast was good
-Small room for two person with baby age 1.4m
- Room service are not professional of their services , room always not clean
- it good to have classic room, but the furniture should be in good condition , not seems collected from rubbish
