We loved every second. Very clean. Professional Staffs ! The breakfast so good ! Room size amazing ! Spa also I used and highly recommend it !

Restaurant staff were particularly helpful and friendly.
Now you ask, the room service on two occasions was really really slow, when you spend this sort of money it needs to be perfect. To give you an example we ordered some ice early evening and the third time I called , almost an hour later I just said, get an ice bucket ready at the bar and ill just come and get it myself !! Rubbish

The location is perfect, and the staff are friendly.
If you love style, this is the hotel for you.
The attention to detail is outstanding.
The service from the door to the reception staff and housekeeping is excellent – professional, friendly, and attentive. However, the standard of service in the outside garden area does not align with the high standards set elsewhere.
