Very quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Good location. Secure car park available. Good breakfast. Big giraffe.
I booked a room with bath with higher price but didn't get the room with bathtub. They offered to change the room on the second day but wasn't possible.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good and up to the standards of a 4-star hotel.
Unfortunately, our accommodation was in an attic on the top floor, next to the elevator shaft, with unbearable noise throughout the night. We barely slept at all. The room did not seem suitable for guest accommodation. As an apology, the hotel waived the city tax, which we appreciated, but it did not make up for the terrible night.

Our room was really nicely laid out and super clean. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was excellent. It was our anniversary and they made it super special for us.
Nothing at all.
