The Hotel is very well situated walking distance from the Duomo and the city center of Milano, the staff is very friendly and the room are comfortable

The design, cleanliness, the staff and the rooms.
We made a mistake with our reservation, but they fixed it before we even knew it existed. That’s service! Would gladly come again

I love the location and the staff. Internet good. Room very comfortable and quiet, but there weren't any bathrobes.
We had to be out of our room (9-18h) one day due to a plumbing issue. I'm not sure when they knew about it. When we were informed, we weren't offered any compensation (or explanation) at all. Not good.
