Schönes Hotel in guter, zentraler Lage. Jedoch auch hohe Preise für Zimmer und vor allem Frühstück.

Bar mit Billardtisch. Schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Dom. In beide Richtungen ist man nur kurz unterwegs und die Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist unschlagbar. Dennoch sind die Zimmer ruhig. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt bekommt man die beste Pizza der Stadt ;)

Man sieht an der ein oder anderen Stelle schon, dass man hier und da am Zimmer was ausbessern könnte. Das Bad ist an manchen Ecken schmutzig, die Holzdecke im Eingangsbereich war etwas aufgequollen.

Room amenities are excellent for this price

Continental breakfast was not worth 28 euros, quite basic assortment, scrambled eggs were served close to cold, I missed an extensive egg station or in general a larger warm foods station. Will have breakfast in the city next time.

Abbastanza soddisfatta

Personale gentile, buona la colazione, ottima la posizione.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda nella doccia ; il riscaldamento in camera nella giornata di arrivo e nel giorno successivo mandava solo aria fredda. Solo nella serata del 01.01.24 si è risolto il problema.

Buena ubicación.

La ubicación es muy buena. A 20 min andando de la Estación Central y a 20 minutos andando del Duomo!! Personal amable. El aperol spritz del bar muy bueno.

Comfortable with great staff.

The beds were very comfortable and amenities provided were great. The staff were exceptional, and their knowledge of local wines and food was fantastic. The water station and jars of sweets and fruit in reception was a really nice touch too

At night there can be some dubious looking characters not far from the hotel but it is a city which all cities experience.

Except place for a family vacation

Rooms were welcoming…..close to the bahnhoff, restaurants, city centre, nice serene partners by. Staff were very polite.

Would highly recommend the hotel, we were visiting Milan for a concert and it was perfect for our stay. 10 minutes walk

they only provide you with complimentary water once, and the air conditioning is timed and only works for a few hours throughout the day.

- good room size, comfortable beds - reasonably close to Duomo and other places of interest; also really close to one of the gardens/ public park - plenty of restaurants close by - decent breakfast spread

- hotel personnel could have been better: (i) super slow check-in; (ii) issues with breakfast add-on- which was not communicated to the staff at breakfast, and who were not interested in resolving the issue;

The property is very well situated. Between the train station and the shopping area and historical sites. NH Collection is always my first choice when booking a hotel in Europe, I never go wrong with them. The hotel staff was very accommodating and allowed us to stay an extra night after we changed our minds about leaving the area so soon.

hotel for city break

Good location in relation to tourist needs, close to the Dome and the train station, nice and clean room. Tasty food at the hotel restaurant.

Very cold in the room. At night it was 1-3 degrees and we had no heat in the room. The reason - the heat was turned off in entire hotel. It is inadmissible to sleep in the cold! A friend caught a cold because of this.
