The room was spacious and comfortable, and we really love the location
The reception area had a slight musty smell, possibly due to a recent flood

Excellent location relatively close to major transport links and not far from the center as well. Helpful and smiling staff, rooms were cleaned daily, the facilities were also good.
Nothing major, there was a bit of outside noise, especially from the trams.

Friendly staff, good location with great connection to other parts of the city. The room was clean and good sized, and also quiet with no outside noise.
The bed!!! Most uncomfortable sleep we have had in a hotel bed in our lives. The mattress was almost like sleeping on a board. Also, there was only one pillow each, which was of poor quality and really unsupportive.
