All round quality. Great sized room. Super clean. Minibar. Lovely coffee machine. Breakfast was also really good.

1. Rooms were HUGE, which made it super suitable for big family.
2. Breakfast was nice (but no variety though, same food everyday).
3. Location is 6 mins walk from central station but google maps can be tricky, but once you figured out the location, there will be no problem.
4. Beds are super comfortable.
1. We asked for a kettle, and when it was delivered to our room and we opened it, I noticed walking worms in it which was super gross and thanks god that I noticed it before drinking tea because this could gave caused gastroenteritis which could have ruined our whole trip. (Disgusting)
2. The fire alarm was on for 45 minutes straight during one night at 4:00 AM!!!!! And no explanations were given to us (because it kept working on and off). We were super tired the following day.
3. Staff (waiters in the bar, in the restaurant and housekeeping) are SUPER RUDE, like literally I was asking one night for 3 forks from the bar tender and he was like (no only two!!! In a very rude way). SUPER RUDE.
4. The housekeeping didn't seem to care enough to replace empty shower jel nor the toiletries.

Clean, easily accessible.
The heating was not working properly, could not heat up the room to 23C, even this was set on the room control panel. For night we needed to wear clothes. The minibar contained only water, no snack or bweerages, vine or beer. The lobby was open only until 10pm.
