A great location nearby Milano Centrale. A very comfortable and large bed, with great air conditioning to counteract the summer heat. The room was clean at all times with great bathroom facilities as well. The staff were also very attentive bringing our luggage to our room and friendly.
Nothing really, a great base for our stay in Northern Italy and would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is very good and the restaurant was fine
The lady at the reception she arrogant and unhelpful when I arrived and the elevator only one is active you need to wait
