Perfect location, easy access to the metro. Right across from Central station and great staff. All was clean and quiet- good AC - nice breakfast buffet and had a nice view from my room.

Great location across from the train station although about 30 minutes' walk from the duomo and center and all the fancy shopping. We liked the area near the hotel, with parks and squares, and also smaller retail experiences.
1. The metal bedside tables make a ton of noise in the night!
2. The black bathroom has terrible lighting and is dangerous to find in the dark.
3. The enormous sliding closet door is beyond awkward: either preventing access to the bathroom or preventing easy access to the closet. Very cumbersome.
3. The hotel is tawdry, an attempt at fun with bright colors and "glam" details but it just looks cheap (and is certainly cheaply constructed).
4. The front desk staff did not make it clear the airport limo is an independent service; we were led to believe it was added to our bill when, in fact, we paid the driver upon arrival at the airport. This, after the driver did not show up as scheduled and we were delayed until another could be located. For this to happen? It's an expensive option!

Breakfast was awesome. Close to Milano Centrale was a big plus. Nice guys at check-in.
Toilet didn't always flush correctly. The drain in the shower and sink extremely slow. Shower handle fell off.

I liked the location near the Milano Centrale and room was very comfortable. I was given a room with a fabulous view of the beautiful train station!
I didn't like the outward appearance of the hotel. Spray paint graffiti that appeared after my first night on the walls and post outside the front of the hotel. There was also an entire window panel covered up with plywood which one can only assume the glass was broken by vandalism. Seems to be quite a lot of transient types about the streets in front of train station, which was a safety concern for me traveling alone.
