Our stay got off to a great start when we were greeted by Frank. He was charming and very friendly making both me and my wife feel incredibly welcome. He asked questions about our stay, recognised that this was a birthday gift for my wife and upgraded our room. He gave us a true “five star” service. Took our bags to our room, explained all the timings and facilities, and gave us tips on how to truly have the best time in Milan. Not only did Frank make our stay exception m, he helped make Milan exceptional!

Cozy and clean room. Very friendly staff at the reception. The location is also good. There are many shops and markets nearby. You can walk to the main attractions.

On a more positive note, the breakfast was simple but tasty, and it is served until 11 AM on weekends, which is a nice touch. The hotel is also conveniently located.
Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to the level of service, which did not meet expectations for a hotel of this standing.
We arrived early for check-in, and while we understood that the room might not be ready, no one proactively offered to store our luggage for the day. We had to take the initiative ourselves and contact the concierge, rather than having the reception handle it, which felt like a lack of basic hospitality.
Later in the evening, we checked in around 9 PM, but it took more than 30 minutes for our luggage to be delivered to our room. This delay was frustrating, especially after a long day.
Additionally, the gym was not usable due to water damage, which was quite disappointing as it was one of the amenities we were looking forward to. When we tried to book the spa at the reception, we were told that their intranet system was not working and that they couldn’t confirm availability. No alternative solution was предложed, and we were simply asked to call back later. When we did, we received the exact same response. This lack of organization and follow-up is not what I would expect from a hotel of this category
