Great location and facilities. The pool, sauna and the Turkish hamam was well maintained and clean. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was rich.
I had to change rooms twice in my 2 night trip. The first room was located right below the rooftop bar and it was impossible to sleep because of the noise at night. The second room that I was offered was renovated and new however, the AC was not working. So I had to switch to another room.

Excellent hotel and staff near to duomo square and train station. Nice pool and sauna and we loved gym too . Overall it was very good hotel and i would recommend staying in there

The room lacked basic things like an iron or a disposable bathroom sleeper. The bathroom entrance door had a broken latch, and the shower cabin door would not close. Even after informing staff, no action was taken or even bothered to update. Location is good, but it comes with the downside that rooms are very noisy.
