Ubicación al lado de una estación de metro. Desayuno muy completo.
La falta de limpieza. Mucho polvo y debajo de la cama había peludas y suciedad.

The staff were wonderful. Sara and the lady with the beautiful diamond on her tooth (apologies I cannot remember her name) were really lovely and had great recommendations when asked. They really made out stay that much better.
The lighting in the room. We found the room too dark even with all lights on. I must commend the clever design of the room and the lighting fits in with the aesthetic but we found it impractical.

The location was perfect with a metro stop right out the front. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. The room was small but clean.
I found the hotel very dark. The room was very small. There were many times towels were not replaced in the room, we had to call down for them. An iron/steamer was not always available. Wardrobe space was very limited with only 6 hangers that were unable to be detached. As we were there for 6 days for business as well as leisure, this really wasn’t suitable.

"Good location right next to metro station and various shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and facilities were clean."
