A great location, a two minute walk from Milano Centrale. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff really helpful. We had a balcony from which we could see the surrounding area and the grand station building. The hotel had a nice reception area but strangely no bar?
I wouldn't say I didn't like anything, but we chose to be near the station as we were only in Milan for one night. It was a fair walk into the centre through some graffiti clad areas, but we then discovered the tram service, which is quick and frequent with a stop about 50 yards from the hotel. Brilliant.

Location near main train station, shops and restaurants. Very good breakfast and service. Excellent staff.

The hotel is very good the staff were excellent, location perfect for the main station and local tram routes.
The Aircon was not too good even when set to the lowest temperature it never fell to that temperature. We also had issues with the key for the electric in the room.
