Great location to the train stations, easy to use the train and metro to get to some of the attractions.
We got caught out leaving a pair of expensive new earbuds in a makeup bag which we discovered a couple of days after checking out were missing.
Dropped our guard once and got caught out.

We were greeted very well at the (10) steps up to the Hotel, with heavy luggage, the doorman carried the luggage up the stairs. Good start, our luggage was taken up to our room. Our room was close to the elevator. So good start. Very good breakfast was included. The Hotel had a good feel, lots of guest areas to sit and have a drink. Good location if arriving by train, 5 min walk from Station.
We had two nights at the hotel, arriving at 5.30 the first evening. The next day we were out from 9am until 4.30pm. Went straight to our room, our room had not been made up at 4.30, we had to ring housekeeping to ask for our room to be made up, no apology, but asked if we had left the 'do not disturb' sign out!! We had a housekeeper there within 5 mins. So for almost 400 euro per night, that is poor service. We left the hotel by 8.30 the next morning. I wanted to tip the doorman, as he was excellent. Asked for change at the desk, but unfortunately they could not help.

Location - opposite Milano Centrale
Need a ramp at the entrance to the hotel so you can carry luggage up easily yourself . Staff did come down to help

Location was great .. food was good plus the restaurant around the corner was phenomenal! Bedroom was roomy and comfortable . There was a Nice elevator. Super close to the train station and tour “Meet up” Places. Good food shopping stores under the station👍
