Ideal location for the main train station in Milan , just a few mins walk.
Breakfast was buffet and nice.
The electrics blew with our adaptor so we were totally in the dark and they did come quickly and sort this for us.

Excellent location if you need the train station. We enjoyed quick and delicious meals at the train station. Our room was clean and modern. The breakfast and coffee made to order is outstanding.
Our room was small and located on a low floor right next to the commuter train so it was noisy. The staff at the front desk can be a bit abrupt and seemingly rude, but they are for the most part efficient. They advertise in the room that you can choose a different pillow from a pillow menu. It took multiple calls to the front desk to finally get a requested pillow. Service is lacking.

We were greeted very well at the (10) steps up to the Hotel, with heavy luggage, the doorman carried the luggage up the stairs. Good start, our luggage was taken up to our room. Our room was close to the elevator. So good start. Very good breakfast was included. The Hotel had a good feel, lots of guest areas to sit and have a drink. Good location if arriving by train, 5 min walk from Station.
We had two nights at the hotel, arriving at 5.30 the first evening. The next day we were out from 9am until 4.30pm. Went straight to our room, our room had not been made up at 4.30, we had to ring housekeeping to ask for our room to be made up, no apology, but asked if we had left the 'do not disturb' sign out!! We had a housekeeper there within 5 mins. So for almost 400 euro per night, that is poor service. We left the hotel by 8.30 the next morning. I wanted to tip the doorman, as he was excellent. Asked for change at the desk, but unfortunately they could not help.
