Very helpful staff great location adjacent Milano centrale
We had breakfast early and some of the hot food was not very warm

Location is right next to the metro station and across the road to the central station. There are restaurants nearby and even a McDonald's!
Breakfast was nice, beds were super comfy, air con worked well and shower was powerful. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day with fresh towels and bedding and re-stocked the mini bar. Really pleased 😃
We had a room for 3. My husband, myself and our teenage son. We weren't in the hotel that much so it was OK but the room was a big on the small side for 3 grown ups.
Tv wouldn't allow English subtitles- it kept defaulting to Italian! Not the end of the world though! We didn't really have time to watch the TV!
Also the room was a bit dark. The window didn't let in much light and if was impossible to do my make up next to the mirror as it had a downlight above it.
Honestly though these are very minor issues. The hotel is great and we would stay there again.
