Small hotel in a nice area. Very comfortable bed and nice to have both a kettle and a coffee machine. The staff were very polite, helpful and always available. Enjoyed having the garden area to relax in as the room was not that big.
The floor in our room was coming up so we were constantly tripping. Also our shower riser didn't work so we had to had to hold the shower in order to have one. Only stayed one night so it wasn't a big issue.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Staff were very friendly.
The hotel was too noisy.
I could hear everything my neighbouring room did.
When the neighbouring room woke up, I woke up. The coffee machine in the room next door was like a tractor, it was so loud.
And when they woke up early Sunday morning, it was impossible for me to sleep. And then the cleaner arrived to clean the room.
For a 4 star hotel, there is no excuse for cheap poor quality toliet paper and toiletries, especially the toliet paper.
