The staff, the service and the prompt attention to guests. Brilliant 👏
The suite was very noisy. Music from corridor at night was loud. We could hear everything basically .

The design and architecture.
The hotel security guards are RACIST!!! I was sitting in
the lobby on a call and harassed by security guards
about whether I was a guest.
