Location was better than I expected, it’s literally a 2 minute walk from the back of La Rinascente leading to the Duomo and the Galleria. Plenty of places to choose from to eat snd shop and close to the heart of the city. Our room had a kitchenette which was handy and was very clean and quiet, all of which was needed after flying in from Australia The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had breakfast every day which was excellent.

Great location
Our room 104 very noisy. Shower noise from other rooms so noisy that you wake up you. Can hear people walking above and move suitcases etc
Were told it’s entire 1 st floor😡
Would be appropriate to mention this in the booking so you have a choice🧐
