We stayed in an Executive Junior Suite on the first floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. The in-room amenities were pretty good, and we particularly appreciated the thoughtful and well-curated minibar selection. The quality and the selection of food at the breakfast buffet was very good.
There were, however, a couple of downsides that we noticed.
Although our room was very comfortable, it overlooked a construction site, which meant that we were unable to open the curtains and fully enjoy the natural light and view. Given the choice, we would have much preferred a room overlooking the central square.
The biggest issue, however, was the breakfast room. Considering the size of the hotel and its five-stars, the breakfast area felt surprisingly small. In order to accommodate all the guests, the tables were placed very closely together, making it feel as though we were sharing a table with guests we didn’t know. While the placemats and tabletop settings were well presented, the overall decor and atmosphere of the breakfast room did not quite live up to what we would expect from a five-star hotel in Milan.

We had a wonderful experience here. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of everything. Starting each morning with their delicious, high-quality breakfast made the stay even better. Would definitely return
The only downside was our room's view, which looked directly into the adjacent building. It was likely just the specific room category we booked, so I recommend making sure you select a room with a guaranteed view when reserving, Otherwise, a wonderful experience!"

I was there last May 2025 and it used to have another name.
It was way better, the staff , price and there was a welcoming kit for pets in the room
I was there again in March 2026 When they changed the name it became high end of the hotel chain. Staff were so rough, overpriced , no welcome kit for pets
