Great communication with the staff. They were very helpful with directions, check in and check out times, and other questions we had. Very polite and friendly as well. Did not try the breakfast.
The room felt a bit cramped and small, and the duvet is very cold. Perhaps it's because in norway we are used to a little more weight in the duvet.

The location was fantastic and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
The room had a strong mildew smell when the A/C was running. Putting that aside, everything else was great.

Loved this guest house with close proximity to the Duomo and the metro and tram system to get us everywhere we wanted to go but on a very quiet street. Our room was charming and comfortable. Made to order breakfast was very good. Staff was lovely. Although they do not staff the desk all day, communication was very easy if you needed something and provided some nice local restaurant recommendations.
I believe there are only two floors and there is no elevator but this was not a problem for us.
