Within central area
Road construction was there and they didn’t announce in their info . I should know before booking about this major issue.

Room great, quiet and big. Staff wonderful. Location optimal
Fantastic breakfast, lots of variety and hot dishes to order
Roadworks directly outside, but this was just unfortunate when we were there

Staff at reception were very helpful and spoke fluent English.
In addition the use of WhatsApp to message prior to arrival and when we needed help booking things were very good.
We were also able to book a dinner prior to our arrival based on the recommendation of hotel staff.
Small issue but the lift was a little slow. The construction works on the street were a little annoying but obviously beyond the control of the hotel.

Location was great and walking distance to Duomo and other places.
Construction site was overlooking our hotel balcony.
