Friendliness of staff, very clean, well stocked supplies, very convenient location. Big room, comfortable bath tub, great air conditioning especially in the heat. Team of staff from breakfast, front desk, luggage stowage are all very observant, helpful and efficient. They also arranged a very good driver for our transfer to Lake Orta.
Prices are rather steep, but you pay for the quality you get. Throughout the day, noises of door slamming from neighbouring rooms can be rather loud and the occasional roadworks/construction happening outside. The lift size is also very tiny, but most importantly, it works.

Great location and beautiful old typical palazzo building.
The cleanliness should be improved, in the bedrooms and the stairs. This is disappointing for the price charged. And room service which is advertised as 24/7 doesn’t work after midnight.
