Million dollar view kind people just needs some TLC

The view was breathtaking and the location was convenient

The outside of the building, the yard and the terrace is not well kept.

The staff is welcoming and very nice they really want you to have a good time the view is beautifu

There was no Wi-Fi in our room. The water flow in the shower was very weak

a comfortable stay, in a large room. A nice restaurant (tasty) with beautiful view of the lake.

The staff was very accommodating to our needs as a family with young children. The room was very spacious, much bigger than the pictures showed. They were very helpful to return some items i forgot-thank you! There are a nice details to the hotel, pieces of art, and places to relax outside your room. wifi was good

The outdoor space was over gown but perhaps this changes in the high season.

We will return!

Margaritta was wonderful. The room had a breathtaking view. It was easy to go to the town of Bolsena to shop and sightsee. The dinner was delicious.

Incredible views and pleasant service

The location is incredible as our room and the restaurant have I credible views over the lake. The hotel director was incredibly sweet and kind. The restaurant food was delicious, highly recommended.

Lovely stay!

Breathtaking view, immersed in the quietness of nature near Lake Bolsena. Spacious room and very cordial hospitality by the lady at the reception!

Would need some refurbishment but it's OK. The rest makes up for it.

Superb

Our room was lovely and the views over the lake were stunning. We appreciated the help with storing our bikes and the nice breakfast - again with stunning views.

not good, not bad

Room was good - but: toilets do not work properly in the house! :-( Excuse was: "it's an old building...."). Location is good, unfortunatley the restaurant was closed on (Monday).

Charming, quiet hotel with magical lake views

Incredible location overlooking Lake Bolsena, with a view that simply can't be beaten. We ate in the restaurant and were very impressed by the quality. The staff are extremely kind and the rooms individually decorated, giving the place a lot of charm.

The rooms are a little aged, though everything was very clean. Be aware that there are a lot of narrow stairs and no lift to rooms on the lower floors, though we were offered help with our luggage.

Beautiful view of the lake from substantial comfortable room

Fantastic view of the lake from the balcony of my room. Likewise from the restaurant. Very friendly owner and a very good restaurant. Large room and comfortable bed Reasonable breakfast

In the bathroom there was a smell of drains. If the windows are left open then mosquitoes will enter

Would recommend at least 2-3 nights and even more in warm weather

This is one of the best places to enjoy the lake view. The staff is very helpfull, especially the owner Margherita who offered to pick us up on a Sunday when there was no bus from a village 30 mins drive away

Nice hotel, with couple of details to improve

• Great view. • Remarkable position. • Nice Italian breakfast.

• The manager’s attitude can definitely be improved. We didn’t feel as we were “welcomed”.
