Excellent accommodation, very clean and well maintained. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and always ready to assist. The breakfast was outstanding. A truly great stay!
The only minor downside was the parking, but this is understandable given the hotel’s central location.

1. Great location - center of everything
2. Very courteous staff
3. We got a cosy , clean room with covered balcony, good quality furniture and fittings
1. The sauna opening timing, it's open during we are generally out for sightseeing...its opening time should be flexible so more guests can use it.
2. No lift or even someone to help with our luggage. We had to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor
3. Breakfast is good quality, but missing some variety, no cakes, no toaster to toast the bread

Personel were all so friendly from reception to the breakfast. The hotel is middle of City you can reach the bus station and Hauptbahnhof was super close. The hotel has two buildings make sure that you are staying in the main building where the breakfast room and saune. We really liked the drying space for the skis.
Staying in the second building was not convenient for us specially as we needed to visit the sauna breakfast room and ski rooms. The changing room for sauna was not quite convenient as it was far from the sauna and resting rooms. The room was a Dachgeschoss so you have to be aware of the short ceiling if you are tall.
