Easy parking on site. Good size room with balcony. Well appointed, nice touch of chocolates and biscuits. Surprisingly nice complex mix of residential and hotel. Works well for easy access to beachside suburbs

We have stayed here a few times in the past and return because we think it is very good. There is easy parking, the staff are very welcoming and it is close enough to walk to many restaurants and shops. If you don’t want to walk there is tram and train services reasonably close by. We really like the indoor pool and the spa in the room we had.
It was more expensive than it usually is but this may have been due to the timing as it was when the NFL were in Melbourne

The bed was good.
In general the hotel feels like worn and quite old. The room smelled like someone just smoked in it. The backyard sliding door was really hard to lock. The walls are really thin, we could hear what people are talking about through the walls. The water in the spa and pool was a bit dirty with a bad smell, hair, dirt, pieces of foam noodles floating around.
