The location was great, easy to pop to Cole’s quickly around the corner. Was in a nice quiet location. Twin room was great and did its job for our one night stay (2A2C). There were pool noodles and googles etc for the kids which were great when we forgot to pack goggles!
The pool tiles were a bit slippery when walking on them. The spa was warm but not quite hot enough and the button to activate the spa bubbles was over the other side of the pool which I thought was odd?
Bathroom shower needs a good grout scrub and the beds weren’t entirely comfortable but was fine for our one night stay.

They were very clear with checkin process adn helpful with late checkin via a key lockbox. Building is a bit dated but the rooms themselves are lovely - very cosy. Nice to have a balcony for a morning coffee. Off street parking is helpful. Easy to access from main roads - took about 45mins via tollway from Melbourne Airport
honestly, nothing to spcifically improve. the hallways are a bit dated, as noted in other reviews but the rooms and service are great so not really an issue.

So to get a bond off me, I wasn’t convinced the $500 was going to Kimberley gardens, was lovely person but a random guy in a singlet , I had made 2 phone calls to try and find the right person as the place was closed but he was sitting at a table thought he was a guest.
$500 bond you would think as they want us to leave it in perfect condition, but the garage didn’t work , I choose this place for off street secure parking
