A wonderful family ski trip with great accommodation

The chalet was perfect for our family of 4 - comfortable, very clean, very well equipped. It’s in a quiet location ideal for skiing with small children, and children are well catered for here. The staff were helpful and the owner in particular was very friendly and helpful with any requests. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

Confortable and convenient ski holiday with kids.

The hotel is right in the middle of the ski village with ski rentals, ski schools and slopes all a few steps away. The head server and bartender Herr Heike made us feel so welcome and took great care of us. Try his signature cocktail garnished with rosemary and pomegranate seeds. The hot lunch spread in the bar area was perfect to get the kids fed easily mid ski day. Staff were friendly, spoke English perfectly and helpful.

Pool and Kids club don‘t open until 4pm, since they expect everyone to be on the slopes all afternoon, but if you aren’t skiing that day, not much to do with the kids at the hotel. swimming outside in the snow is glorious, but a degree or two higher temperature in the pool would make such a difference.

Superb

The Athmosphere created by the staff, who are very forthcoming and observant was very nice! Also the facilities for the children was very impressive. Now, I was single, but looking at the families around and how happy their children were, this is the perfect place for families with children.

Perfect for skiing with the family

The entire staff was exceptionally friendly. There was always an activity for children to keep them occupied but also stimulated. Perfect location for easy walk to multiple lifts.

I would have preferred longer hours for swimming.
