Nestled in Zihuatanejo, this charming condo for $141 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Casa Bella Mia is located in the secure and safe well known complex Casa Ceiba, across from Margaritas Restaurant. A spacious, open living two bedroom/ two bath penthouse unit is on the third floor overlooking the beautiful blue pool. Only a three minute walk to Playa Madera Beach, a five to eight minute level walk to shopping and restaurants, one block from a taxi stand and a ten minute walk to a large grocery store where you can find everything you need to prepare a lovely meal in our spacious kitchen. You buy the food and you are ready to relax! A taxi ride to the grocery store is approximately $2.00 US. Casa Ceiba is a beautiful tropical paradise with traditional Mexican architecture, very well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff. Our manager Vanessa will greet you upon arrival to introduce you to the unit and help to make your stay more comfortable. The unit has a full size refrigerator, gas range, blender, toaster, dishes, cookware, drink ware, silverware and storage containers. The two bedrooms are spacious, air conditioned and also have fans with linens provided. Two TV's and a DVD player are in the condo. Internet and drinking water are provided. The main living, dining and kitchen area is open air with several ceiling fans and a lovely view of the complex common area. Because the unit is an upper level penthouse, it is private as well. For guests staying longer than a week, once a week maid service and clean linens are provided. Casa Bella Mia is a non-smoking unit but there is a designated smoking area. The taxi ride from the Ixtapa/Zihatanejo Airport is about a 15 minutes. Please check our calendar for availability. Discounts will be provided for 30 night or longer stays. The location of the condo is perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. The security in building is great, very secure and safe. Amenities in the condo were very good and well stocked, it even came with some beer, condiments, coffee etc. Water was supplied at the desk too. Which was very easy to get it refilled. Everyone staying there was friendly. The staff is very polite and the grounds well taken care of. The beds in the condo were very comfortable, the bathrooms very clean. We were very pleased. We would recommend to others and we may return one day.

This condo is a beautiful and secure building in the Madera district surrounded by quickly accessible excellent restaurants. Very short walk to the beach or to the Zihua waterfront. We had a great time, met a bunch of nice people - both residents and tourists. Highly recommend.

I booked this property when the original property we booked nobody showed up to meet us or, let us in.
However, Jennifer was so fantastic when I booked her condo. She kept in touch with us everyday until we checked in.
When we arrived here Vanessa, the property manager greeted us and thats when my partner broke down in tears. Because of the stress of not having a place to stay 1800 miles away from home, we feel very fortunate to have found this place.
VRBO owes all of their patrones more accountability when this happens.
If it weren't for this condo, our vacation would have been ruined.
I can never thank Jennifer and her husband enough. Turned into a fantastic time all thanks to them.

We loved staying at Jennifer’s casita. Very nice to have two bedroom/bathrooms for four adults. Kitchen was fully equipped and the location was super easy for heading to the beach or out for dinner. Vanessa (manager) was always there for us and was extremely efficient. The condo was very clean and well kept by both the groundskeeper and the folks who cared for our home cleanliness weekly. Overall a great place to stay and we would love to come back!

Madera Neighborhood
We have traveled to Zihua many times and stayed in several different locations, the Madera area fits the best for us. Easy walking to the beach and downtown with so many good restaurants to choose from. We did have our daughter and 5 year old granddaughter stay with us for a week and the pool area is not overly welcoming for kids. Yes, they allow access with no restrictions but some of the regulars make you feel uncomfortable. All in all we enjoyed the property and plan to return for a longer stay in 2023.

Everything including restaurants, beaches, downtown, shopping etc was very convenient. The only thing I would change is to have a lamp next to the sofa, on the built in side table, allowing one to read there without turning on overhead lighting. Great place. We will be back. Thank you for everything.

A lovely stay in zihua
We spent a wonderful week at La Cieba. Lovely accommodations, great staff, super pool, well equipped in kitchen and throughout.

Beautiful, clean and safe place to stay!
This was a great place to stay in Zihua! It was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool area and overall appeal. We especially loved the open air concept of the living and dining area! We did however like that there was air conditioning in the bedrooms for a cooler night sleep. The overall experience was amazing. We will be back and will rent this condo again!

Great Honeymoon spot
We spent 7 nights at Casa Bella Mia and fell in love with this little piece of paradise. The pool was fantastic and cleaned daily. The daily upkeep of the condo was nice. Inside the unit there were plenty of dishes to cook with. There were plenty of towels to be able to take to the beach with us and we loved the assortment of hats left in the unit to use. It was an easy walk to downtown that we would make daily to explore. Our first day there we went straight to the beach, it was nice how close the beach was. The next door restaurant Margheritas was a nice place to grab our morning coffee and breakfast (we loved the coffee). Vanessa was our contact person and she was easy to work with, she even had beer there ready for us to celebrate our honeymoon and she also had water too of course. The air conditioning inside the rooms was nice to be able to come back home to and turn on when we were ready for bed. We can't wait to plan our next trip to stay at Casa Bella Mia!!

The open air living room lends to a very relaxing atmosphere. The authentic Mexican decor is comfortable and welcoming. Loved the fact that the ocean front was less than two blocks away. Beautiful family friendly beach. There are two restaurants across the street from the complex with many more within a two block radius, as well as a taxi pick up area and lots of shopping. The downtown streets are just a 20 minute walk and then you can walk along the beach front back to Casa Bella Mia. A swim in the condo’s pool before bedtime makes this place a place we want to go back to many times over. Thanks Kevin & Jennifer for the wonderful stay.

Location Location Location
This was our third year in a row going to Zihuatanejo and Casa Bella Mia and grounds at Casa Cieba Condominiums helped make this the best trip yet. Two blocks from the beach, 5 blocks to downtown and more than a dozen great restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and we always felt secure. Also the other owners at Casa Cieba were very helpful and always willing to answer our questions or give good advice. If you are looking for a great place to stay a great price than look no further than Casa Bella Mia. It will keep you coming back for more.

A great holiday accomodation in Zihuantanejo
We loved the ambience and privacy of CasaBella Mia set in a tropical garden setting.
The unit is spacious and overllooks the swimming pool and entrance,
VANESSA WELCOMED US AND EXPLAINED ALL ASPECTS OF OUR UNITAND WAS AVAILABLE WHEN WE NEEDED INFORMATION.
We felt we were in a comfortable resort but close to the beach and several good restaurants,cafes and public transport and taxis were handy.
casa ceiba is close to the centre of town and shopping opportunities.
We met several of the other owners and guests like us which was a bonus.The overall experience was like a home away from home

Lovely quiet retreat in the heart of Zihua
Bella Mia served us well for a week’s stay in Zihua. We were looking to be close to Madera Beach and to the great restaurants located in that area. This was a great location and the residents were super helpful and friendly. The staff were also very helpful. The unit itself was clean and well equipped for cooking in, although we were a little disappointed that there was no outside barbecue. The best part for me was the pool, which we spent a lot of time in because the temperature was unusually hot & humid for late October. I am only taking off a star because of the lack of barbecue and lack of air conditioning in the kitchen/living room area. Could have used that air conditioning the week we visited.

The condo was clean, with beautiful decor, nice amenities in the kitchen, and it is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The pool and landscaping have a very tropical vibe, and the condo complex staff are very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

Great condo minutes from the beach!
My family stayed here at the end of May. The condo was perfect for us. Very spacious, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that the bedrooms had AC for sleeping, and that the living room was open air so we could enjoy the beautiful weather. We also loved that it was just a couple minute walk from just about anything you want to do. The beach, markets, and restaurants are all very close by. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

This property is an oasis, located in a truly authentic Mexican town.
This condo is beautiful, functional and clean. Salvador maintains the grounds and pool beautifully and Vanessa is always available to help with anything we needed. The owners Kevin and Jennifer are amazing ,kind and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We can't say enough about how walkable this town is , restaurants in every direction, beaches , coffee , markets etc. Everyone we came into contact with treated us like old friends . We came to Zihuatanejo for a wedding and chose to eat out for our meals, we never had a bad meal or bad service, and managed to work our way through a lot ,of trip advisors top restaurants. We can hardly wait to go back, and take some family or friends with us. Thanks again :)

Well appointed, quiet and fantastic location.
Very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Playa Madera area. Three minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk or 35 peso taxi to the Zihuatanejo Mercado (store, vegetable, fruit, other supplies). Complex is safe and secure with a beautiful pool surrounded by chairs and lounges. Most importantly, owners are very responsive to their customers. Prior to my visit they ensured a safe was installed for my valuables. All in all, great place reasonable price, excellent owners.

Paradise Found
My wife and I stayed at Jennifer's and Kevin's gorgeous penthouse for the past seven weeks.
It reminded me of a beautiful hotel we once stayed at in Tangiers, Morocco.
The streets outside were bustling and noisy.
Once we opened the main door of our accommodation, it was like being in a quiet, luxurious, peaceful oasis.
Casa Bella Mia is exactly the same.
The two bedroom unit is very spacious and is set up such that each bedroom, together with a full ensuite , is independent of the other, offering more than enough privacy.
Vanessa, the property manager, met us upon our arrival and showed us immediately how everything worked. There was even a welcome pack in the fridge which included beer and pretzels--how civilized is that!!
The location is perfect since, again, it is very quiet, but only a ten minute walk to the exciting Centro where all the "land" restaurants are located. They are not to be confused with the "beach" restaurants, which are even closer.
There is nothing lacking in both the condo and the surrounding area. A huge grocery store, laundromat , beer store and even a medical clinic are all within walking distance.
Our hosts are impeccable when it comes to answering any question, no matter how trivial.
We are already booked for next winter--only 305 days from now!!
