The location was superb, the beach and surf club were at the end of the street and there was lots of roadside parking available.
The unit was clean but was probably a little tired and could do with a touch up, no complaints though apart from the fact that the TV remote was rather temperamental!

Location to beach
Aged furniture too much afternoon sun on the bedrooms with poor window furnishing to block out the sunlight then in the morning
Aircon in main living area is placed behind the fridge therefore blocking its best chance of flow which was unfortunate as it may have helped cool the back bedrooms down . I am glad to not be there peak summer time .
