Breakfast was a nice buffet. Location was great, conveniently close to the airport.
We arrived before the official check-in time, which wasn't a problem; we grabbed some food nearby while we waited. However, when we returned after 3 PM (the time we were told check-in would be available), our room still wasn't ready. We ended up waiting until about 4 PM to actually get into our room, which was frustrating.
The room itself was just okay. The bathroom could use some updates; the tub was oversized and awkward to step into, and the toilet seat was broken. At checkout, we were also charged for a dry cleaning service we never used. The hotel did remove the charge once we brought it up, but it was an uncomfortable surprise.

Perdí mis lentes de sol y todo el staff me ayudó a encontrarlos, me dio mucha confianza y seguridad ese aspecto de mi estadía, que se ve que son honestos y se preocupan por el cliente. Esto fue en el área de albercas.

The location is quiet and the staff is friendly.
This hotel is grossly mismanaged, old, dirty, very dirty, light fixtures are rusty... a huge disappointment. Especially because it is priced about 200% more expensive than most other hotels. If I'm being generous I would qualify is as a 2 or 3 star hotel. So 400 usd for 2 nights plus deposit (100 usd) is excessive. And you dont even get 1 free water bottle. It reminds me of the 5 star hotels in Cameroon.
