I have no complaints. Everything was smooth during our stay. Room was cleaned each and everyday. Towels replaced daily as well. Great view of the bank where we could see the light shows each night. Pedestrian street right beside the building. Shopping and eateries nearby was soo convenient. Hands down, best trip ever. Will be coming back definitely.
The only thing that didn't work out was that my payments on the vending machines couldn't go through because of my credit score 🙃 so better luck next time.

Good location to get to places, staff very nice and helpful, beautiful hotel on the inside. Lots of shopping near by and a good street market. With it being a busy area we couldn’t hear anything inside our hotel which was nice.
Beds were not the softest, bed was damp and sticky because window was left open when we arrived. Outside the hotel was messy because it is one of the busiest streets but that’s understandable and the hotel can’t control that.

The location was perfect
Our room was old and smelled of damp. There was mould in the bathroom. The carpets are old and dirty, we did not have any view. There was major renovations causing noise throughout the day until 1830hrs.
