Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht, da wir einen fühen Flug hatten. Die Terminals sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind absolut ruhig. Personal alle sehr freundlich, großes Frühstücksbuffet mit toller Auswahl.

Man kann trockenen Fußes die Verkehrsmittel Bahn und Flugzeug wechseln.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gegen Umgebungslärm isoliert, weder Flug- noch Autolärm von der vorm Fenster vorbei führenden Autobahn war im Zimmer zu hören.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gewahrt, speziell nicht beim Frühstück.
Das Service-Personal für die Zimmer sollte auch mal einen Blick nach oben richten, dann hätten sie vielleicht die Spinnenwebe an unserer Zimmerdecke entfernt!

Location is right in airport easily accessible to trains and terminals. Breakfast was good and staff there very nice. Room was small but comfortable.
The front desk staff was very cold and spoke down to us like they were scolding us. I felt like they were put out by our presence. They could use some retraining in basic customer service skills - maybe that's just the german way. My wife and I just blew them off and didn't need anything else from them, but just be aware. Would have been a 8 or 9 otherwise.

Réceptionnistes ne parlent pas français, cheveux de 30cm dans le lavabo, chambre glaciale, clim à fond qu'on n a pas réussi à couper entierement, nous avions froid toute la nuit et la salle de bain encore plus froide, impossible de prendre une douche. Des prises de courant que d un côté du lit.

Very convenient location if you need to spend a night at the airport between flights. It's located right on top of the train station a walking distance from the terminal. The room is comfortable, and the restaurant is decent.

Very convenient location, 10 min indoors walking to the airport. Access indoors to long-term parking for the car (not included in the price). Very clean and comfortable room. Completely isolated from noise, even though our window faced the airport and the highway. Room service lady was very friendly and thoughtful.
Very expensive for such a small room facing the highway. The small bed for our kid was not prepared in advance, as it was a sofa-bed. Restaurant too expensive. Corridors were too hot (air conditioning).

Schlechte Ausschilderung- Erst, wenn man von dem S-Bahnhof im untersten Geschoss sich mühevoll durchgefragt hat und im Terminal 1 landet, gibt es eine Ausschilderung für alle Hotels.

Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Flughafen und Fernbahnhof ist unschlagbar. Wir hatten nach einem langen Flug mehrere Stunden Aufenthalt geplant, aber waren so erschöpft, dass wir uns spontan ein Hotelzimmer gebucht haben. Buchung über Booking.com und 15 Minuten später im Hotelzimmer hat super funktioniert, war dadurch aber natürlich etwas teuer. Die Zimmer sind groß, modern und perfekt zum entspannen.

Das Hotel liegt optimal, da man nur 2 Etagen vom Bahnhof is zum Hotelbraucht. Zum Flughafen sind es dann nur noch ein paar Meter. Wir haben das Hotel vor Urlaubsreisen schon öfter benutzt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut
Das Bett hat permanent gequietscht. Die Matratzen sind viel zu hart und die Kissen sind einfach lies!
Das Lichtschalterkonzept ist verwirrend bis unlogisch und die Badewannen-Dusch-Armatur erst nach Überprüfung bzw. Verstellung des drehbaren Brausekopfes zu benutzen. Darauf muss man erst mal kommen.

Hatten einen Transatlantikflug (Dienstreise) gebucht, durch Streik mussten wir umdisponieren - mit der Bahn nach Frankfurt und sehr früh von Frankfurt weiterfliegen... hierfür war die Unterkunft perfekt!

Ich fand das Frühstück in Ordnung. Viel preiswerter und besser kann man direkt am Flughafen wahrscheinlich auch nicht frühstücken.
Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich unschlagbar, wenn man am nächsten Tag ab Frankfurt fliegt und mit der Bahn zum Flughafen kommt.
Der Check Out hat etwas länger gedauert und man musste etwas länger (ca. 10 Minuten) auf die Rechnung warten, da der Drucker ein Problem hatte. Wenn man es eilig hat, vielleicht schon ein bisschen eher auschecken, für uns war es kein Problem.

Perfekte Lage nah der Terminals für einen frühen Abflug. Sehr unkompliziert. Betten sehr bequem.
Badewanne und Duschvorhang. Die Dusche war auf kochend heiß gestellt, wenn man da vorher nicht genau hinschaut, gibt das ein richtiges Problem und Verbrühungen, das geht nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr eng, zwischen getrennt stehenden Betten und Sessel war kein Durchgehen möglich. Vielleicht einfach ein kleineres Doppelbett?
Teppichboden ist nicht meins.
Preis-Leistung ist für eine Notfallbuchung wie bei mir ok (211 Euro ohne Frühstück), für rechtzeitige Buchungen zu teuer.

Ankunft um 2:15 Morgens. Konnte wegen "Computer-Backup" als einziger Gast für 30 min. nicht einchecken, weil "das die Regeln" sind. Mein Vorschlag, meine Kreditkarte und Ausweis bei dem Office Manager zu hinterlegen, und den Eincheckvorgang am Morgen nachzuholen, damit ich schlafen könnte, wurde auch nach mehrmaligen insistieren meinerseits abgelehnt.

Zu viel Teppichboden in den Zimmern und Gängen, für Rollkoffer schwierig.

Nun ja erlich gesagt finde ich das es ein wenig Sanierungsmaßnahmen nötig wären , in der Dusche Spritz das Wasser aus der Seite raus , Silikonfugen naja könnten auch mal neu , bei diesen Preis erwartet man vielleicht etwas mehr , Frühstückspreis für mich nicht nachvollziehbar

Everything went good but the reception didn't respond to the calls from the room. I had to cancel my breakfast because I needed to sleep more. Room service didn't communicate with reception and didn't understand my message. I had to wake up and present myself fiscally because they were very busy attending people at the place. They couldn't get any call.
Even tough I had two telephones at the room I had to wake up and go down stairs fiscally to tell I was canceling my breakfast. If I didn't wake up they were going to charge me the breakfast and nobody seemed to pick up the phone call from the room. I needed to sleep so badly.
