Bom café da manhã, ótima localização, quarto e cama confortáveis.
O barulho das portas dos quartos batendo é bem forte, e a acústica do quarto não é tão boa.
Outra coisa que nos incomodou, foi o fato de uma funcionária (camareira) entrar no quarto sem permissão, mesmo com a placa na porta.

Ambientes muito limpos e funcionários cordiais e solícitos.
Já estive hospedada no Serrano outras vezes e já fazia alguns anos que não me hospedava. Achei o hotel um pouco abandonado em questão de infraestrutura, o café da manhã tbem já teve seu auge.
