Situated in Snowshoe, this lovely condo for $106 per night is a great choice for your next break. Mountain Lodge 160 is one of the most convenient, most comfortable, and best-value places to stay for your Snowshoe Mountain Resort visit. MOUNTAIN LODGE Mountain Lodge is a Ski In/Ski Out complex located in the heart of the Resort adjacent to the Snowshoe Village and the slopes. Parking is free and easy for our guests with our private parking lot which is staffed and secured. Walk out of the building and you’ll be right at the top of the high-speed Ballhooter Lift – you can’t find a more convenient place to stay for easy slope access! The fireplace atrium in the central part of the complex is a relaxing place to get together with friends after a busy day on the mountain. Other atrium areas of the complex have a video arcade, exercise equipment, a movie night area, and a kid’s play structure. The lower level of the complex houses a bar, restaurant, and conference facilities (seasonally open). Unlike most other buildings at Snowshoe, Mountain Lodge has an outstanding on-site staff, maintenance, and housekeeping staff that can fix most problems fast and with minimal interference with your vacation. Just across our parking lot is the Split Rocks Pool complex with an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, and saunas that are in ski and summer seasons (fee charged). Wildcat Provisions, the main mountain top market is just across the street so you can pick up any last-minute food, beverages, or other supplies you need. Leave your car keys in the condo because you are so close to the village Starbucks, restaurants, and entertainment that you can walk to most places in less than 5 minutes. You can also get to Silver Creek and other areas of the resort by taking the free and convenient shuttle. MOUNTAIN LODGE 160 Mountain Lodge 160 is a comfortably remodeled one-bedroom mountain view unit. Located on the ground floor, there are no elevators or stairs to navigate with all of your equipment. The fantastic view from the unit is out over the Shavers Lake basin, so you won’t be staring at the parked cars in our lot when you look out the windows. This unit is also on the other side of the building from most of the snowmaking equipment that can run all night, ensuring you will have a better night’s sleep than on other sides of the building. The kitchen has everything you need for dining in -- dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, crockpot, Keurig and drip coffee makers, range, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, toaster, and more. Just bring your supplies for a cozy dinner in or hit the village and try some of the great restaurants. For entertainment, there is a new 4K TV with Chromecast, Roku, and DVD, a small stereo/cd player that you can hook your digital music up to, and unit-specific fiber internet (and WI-FI) to keep in contact with email, Facebook, and everything else you do online. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with quality bedding and reading lights for each side. The ceiling fan and separate thermostat in the bedroom help regulate the temperature, while you watch the wall-mounted LCD TV. Double closets and nightstands provide room to unpack and enjoy your time. The living room has a newer commercial-grade, queen-size pull-out sofa bed for your extra guests. The full bathroom is clean and has a tub with shower and updated vanity. A 14,000 BTU portable A/C unit is available in the summer and fans are also provided if the cooler mountain air gets a little warm. Official check-in time is 5:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM -- these times are set and managed by the on-site building management. Lodging at ML 160 is available year round -- Please note that during the late fall and early spring seasons, Snowshoe Resort may limit their operations, please check directly with the resort for what amenities will be available.

A perfect spot in the village for a week of skiing. The condo is a perfect size for 2-3 people. Everything is a short walk. There's a lot of noise from the hallway so bring earplugs.

I was in there to shower,change clothes and sleep. I spent most of my time outside watching races. The food in the village was great, as was the local brew.

This property was the perfect location for experiencing the village and the 4848 music festival. Convenient parking and easily walkable to all the major Snowshoe amenities. The property was clean, if not a little dated (the whole building is a bit dated, so no surprise there. Being familiar with Snowshoe, I expected this).
We had a minor maintenance issue and the owner responded nearly immediately, which is appreciated! On site maintenance had it fixed within minutes. Having the portable A/C was a lifesaver. The balcony was still out of service, but it looked like they were about finished with the refurbishment, so hopefully that won’t be an issue with your stay. This was the only bad thing for me, but it couldn’t be helped. It’s going to be awesome when it’s finished!

Loved the accomodations! My buddy and I came up for a quick trip and get on the slopes on a Monday away from work.
The room was just as listed online and a convenient walk over to the village for dinner/drinks in the evening. Then just steps to the slopes in the morning. Our host was very responsive to questions and I would definitely rent this place again :)

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The code for the door didn't work as intended but Mountain Lodge employees were there immediately to help us get into the condo. The view from this condo is amazing! It's definitely a condo we will stay in again if ours is rented!

Fantastic Place to Stay with an Incredible View
We stayed at the property over the July 4th weekend. The unit was clean, well stocked, and offered an incredible view of Snowshoe and the surrounding mountains. For it being off season and warm, a portable AC unit was used to keep the unit cool. The bathroom had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, cups, plates, and cooking supplies. The bed was comfy as well as the couch in the living room. The unit was a very short walk (less than 5 min) from the village and activities. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anybody! Be was also great with communication and even offered us suggestions on activities to do in the area.

Great location, and great for a small group!
The lodge was great. The location doesn’t get much better, just steps away from the ballhooter lift. The stove and fridge came in handy for late night snacking and breakfast. Perfect size for 2-4 people. Great communication by Ben. The computer system at the lodge had a malfunction which caused my booking to not be in their system. I found this out at 1am when I got to the property. I called Ben at this time, not only did he answer, but he took care of it immediately. He made sure to make it right, and you can’t ask for more than that out of a host. I will definitely stay here again!

A convenient and affordable little condo. Had everything we needed, including sheets and blankets for the futon. The outside of the building does look a bit stark -- there's virtually no greenery, and the lack of balconies makes the facade appear rather plain -- but once you're through the main doors, the place feels much more homey. We interacted with the front desk staff a few times, and they were always friendly and happy to help. The electronic keypad on the door to the unit worked perfectly (pro tip: the numbers don't appear until you touch it). The Wi-Fi cut out once for about a minute, but was otherwise strong and reliable. Everything was clean and nicely furnished, and I only missed one item while I was there: a colander! (Fortunately, the pot lid works fine in a pinch.) All in all, it's a great place at a great price. I'd stay there again.
A side note, for anyone visiting in the off-season: you should be aware that (shockingly) the internet does NOT have the most accurate information on which places are open, or their hours. We knew ahead of time that almost everything would be closed; and yet, when Google promised us warm food on a cold evening, we fell right into its trap. Don't be like us. Don't walk a mile on hope alone. And if you absolutely must take the gamble... at least bring a snack. ;)
