They had elevators. I am a below the knee amputee and stairs are difficult for me.

We liked that The room was comfortable and clean .
Breakfast was alright. More variety of fruit might have been better .
The Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you! We will most likely stay at a different hotel next time to experience other options,

The room is spacious and relatively clean. The bathroom is large, and the hot water is adequate, despite very low water pressure. Towels are clean and of decent quality. Nice, large, and newer streaming TV. A very nice breakfast is served buffet style in the next building over. Plenty to eat and good coffee served from 6:30-9:30 AM.
AC is not adequate to keep the room cool in Guayaquil's very hot weather. The Internet speed is very slow, less than 3 Mbps per second. It's fine for simply checking email and social media. Wouldn't be adequate to complete video calls.
