The location was excellent for exploring the historic centro, including one of the tunnels right next to the hotel itself and its nearness to the Funicular tram.
The bed was quite good ... unfortunately the pillows were too hard and thick for sleeping on, but great for resting against while sitting on the bed.
The pillows ... too big & hard for sleeping on.
Also, there was only 1 night table and 1 lamp in the king room - and virtually no extra outlet to plug in your charger for your phone.

Great location, small but very cute and comfy!
Time to change out the mattress in room 3 it has a big dip in the middle. Other than that everything else was great.

Fantastic staff and location! The room was okay and couldn't really get any different pillows and had issues with water heat and shower overflowing to drainage. Overall though great location!
