The location is wonderful in Val di Fassa. A short walk to the ski lift, the restaurants, and the local gelateria.
The room was nice and clean. There was a fully stocked kitchen where we made our dinner each night.
We weren't able to receive the val di fassa guest card, you need to book with them directly to receive one.

Beautiful property in a stunning area. The property is well designed and very well presented. We love there’s an elevator for the luggage to go up in)
First impression was excellent. We would rate it at 8 out of 10.
No paper towel, no napkins, no hand soap in the kitchen, only 2 rolls of thin toilet paper, no reception staff available until 4pm when the shower soap bottle is empty in the morning after arrival. The handbook says you need to buy them yourself..?! For a place that charges nearly 200 euros a night these above should be provided.
Nowhere to hang bath towels. (Only 2 hooks at the entry way for hanging hats or jackets).
Also, laundry room facility needed maintenance: dryers do not dry fully in 1 or sometimes 2 tries (cotton setting). It seems sensors are malfunctioning. The dryers’ water drawer are always empty when you try to empty it (strange for European dryer). We ended up having to hang some of the laundry dry (which was fine when no rain and when we had sufficient time, but not everyone has sufficient time to hand laundry dry when a dryer is promised).
It would also have been good if check out time is at least 10am instead of 9am.

A lovely unit which was very comfortable and nice decor
We used the property in May for 1 night travelling through the Dolomites
We would recommend the unit as a very pleasant place to stay
