location is very good and within some of most visited places in the city
the bunk bed.. the upper set is too high that sitting on it my head touched the ceiling and the stairs are vertical very difficult to climb on

The location is excellent, within walking distance of many of the most attractive places in Kuching.
I stayed for two nights, but my room was not cleaned and my water bottles were not refilled the next day. When I checked with the hotel staff, I was told that these services are only provided upon request. It would be better to inform guests of this policy during check-in so they can request it if needed.
