Nice and a well quality-price relationship, yet the rooms were not noise can cancellating

I liked that it was near the elizabeth line, which made it easier to move around, it was kind of home alike

the walls from each room are way too thin, a couple was fighting almost nightly (or just talking way too loudly) and their kid was always crying and we could hear every single thing as if it was in our room

The room was big, staff friendly, and good location.

The shower head is broken and rusty. The toilet desk is broken. The kitchen unit was OK, but it smelled mouse.

was not clean at all. curtains had white stains on it. smell from toilet was like somebody just used it. carpet not clean, stains all over, smell of cigarettes. AC control unit not working.

That's not hotal it's rubbish store staff on reception is to rude they need sone customer service classes mostly facilities out of order bed mattress was almost 10 year old even you can't sit there for 5 min if you wana choose to stay here better you stay sky kinda hostel it will much better cuz this hotal is worst!

the bathroom smelt like sewage, the main for the room was broken the door handle kept falling off.

Late check in. A bed to lay our heads on.

Dusty, small shower toilet room which wasnt spotless. Flys in the bathroom. No windows.

filthy dirty - not even up to the standard level! you can see lots of yellow stain in the bath room, unknown hair on the bed sheet, even a cigarette burnt hole on the mattress! wardrobe looks like going to falling apart in minute, tables like never been wiped! better to sleep in your car rather than in their hotel room! noisy environment - we stayed for two nights, first night, somebody keep banging the door in the hallway, we barely slept. second night, somebody keep chatting in the reception until midnight, yes why you can hear it in your room, because the room is not soundproof enough at all! literally you just like sleeping in somebody’s living room. kids crying, people making tea, you can hear everything at the time you just want to get some sleep! bad location - the closest train station is 20 mins walk and it will take another 30 mins train to get to centre. will NEVER EVER stay with any OYO hotel!
