Very good apartments, they have everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Location is great, the staff is very nice and they have a daily cleaning service so everything is spotless. I think is an excellent place to stay when in Santiago.

great location on a quiet square in Providencia close to the metro and sights
the floor wasn't mopped on our arrival and was dusty. the shower system couldn't hadn't when multiple people were showing in the building at the same time - the water pressure dropped and the hot water ran out.
people arrived very late and were noisy coming in at 1, 2am in the morning

No other facilities no gym no pool. Although i knew this before I booked. Not a problem great place to stay.

The location was the best part of the stay. The neighborhood was clean, trees/ green spaces, it felt safe and super walkable. The bed was a decent size and comfortable and the apartment had a small but functional kitchen.
All the reviews said the hotel was super clean. Unfortunately, I did not have that experience. At my arrival I noticed the the pillow, pillow covers and towels had stains on them. I called the front desk to alert them and hopefully have them changed. They said they would come to the room and inspect but that never happened. The next morning I had to go to the front desk to remind them of the situation and only then were they changed. Ultimately, we spent our first evening without towels and short one pillow. The apartment was on the first floor, closest to the front desk and wasn't really sound proof. The sound echoes and for some reason everyone seems to have loud conversations at the most inconvenient of times i.e. 6:00am or midnight. The listing's pictures show the apartment with a balcony but if you're on the first floor, obviously it doesn't have one, which feels a little misleading. Incredibly loud construction above our apartment at odd hours with no notice. There's cleaning service but somehow the floors were always still dirty with sneaker marks despite us not wearing our shoes inside.
