Hotel Casabela

We loved the location - beautiful site overlooking the sea. The pool was lovely and the garden alongside the pool provided leafy shade to lounge in comfort. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The hotel was only a short distance from the pretty local village where there were plenty of good restaurants to frequent in the evenings.

The only very minor thing to criticise was that the shampoo provided by the hotel was not great! And no hair conditioner either but no big deal!

Staff were really great and such a good location, second time we stayed at that hotel.

Breakfast could do with a bit of improvement as the hot selection wasn’t great. We got allocated a room right near reception and bar area, which made it very hard to get some sleep and peace as it is summer, bar was busy and sounds of moving chairs, chatting , right outside our balcony wasn’t great specially.

The hotel did not meet expectations for a four-star property. • Breakfast had very little variety and the eggs were always cold. • Dinner was overpriced with small portions. • Bedsheets were not changed regularly during our 10-day stay, and the beds were uncomfortable. • The hotel feels old and in need of renovation. • Pool area lacked services (no food or drinks available). • Location is quite secluded, with everything around closing early (around 9 PM). • The atmosphere is more suited for elderly guests or families—definitely not ideal for young people or couples looking for a lively, fun experience. • Overall, very expensive for the quality of services and facilities provided. • if you want to go to the city you will need a taxi or walk by door for 25 minutes
