Amazing location, clean beach, enough of swimming pool area and lounging areas with sun loungers. The Corona bar also brings a real plus to the resort, good cocktail, amazing view, ok food. sad that the bar pool side is close. Good breakfast. Good surf school as well in the hotel.

Some staff were nice (reception & housekeeper) but others rather rude or not even polite (especially outdoor). The pool could do with a thorough cleaning, with google you will notice a yellowish color. They only do an average cleaning for dirt, but during the day... which isn't the most practical... could be done when the pool is closed (6/7pm) The pool is also not reserved for hotel guests, but for anyone walking on the beach can join, so this is to be expected.

Great staff, great location!

Great location, great and friendly staff, the hotel is under renovation which is great because some of the facilities are a bit old. But regardless of that, everything is clean and well maintained. It was not our first time there and will not be the last.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing Thai restaurant on site! Beautiful pool on the beach and easy access down to the beach (swimming prohibited on this beach though)

A lot of the facilities seemed to be closed and there were renovations in the lobby area which were quite loud.

I enjoyed the hotel pool, the beautiful and clean room and the extra activities, I did kayaking(canoeing) with my partner and we had a great time. The breakfast included in the price was great we saved a lot of money there and the breakfast buffet was great

The staff were not well informed about the activities they offer, at the front desk we asked about them and she had not idea what kayaking was even with pictures, we eventually found someone outside by the kayak in the beach who could help us. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere the town around it is dead but does offer one grocery store, one restuarant, one massage place and one pharmacy. The beach is full of trash and the ocean seaweed, it was better around the sheraton but not nice to walk along, quiet sad actually. Also the bar and restuarant were eager to close early on a saturday. We didnt get to enjoy dessert at the restuarant because they put it away before the closing time, and there were still 2 other families eating, and the bar in the lobby closed 30minutes early. They didnt have a nice buffet dinner like the sheraton in haikou,(with sushi, steak, lobster, fresh ice cream, etc...)there was a buffet but nothing special and over priced for the choices.
