The location is amazing, it is 5 min comfortable way to the big beach, also there are a lot of cafe and restaurants, 3 min to 3 supermarkets around, one of them is big and good, others have nice fruits and veggies and one has a lot of Ukrainian food and sweets. Also few min to the bus station , which can take you to the city or old town or main bus station.
Place was clean, the lady who works there was cute and super nice , was taking care of us, the team who is managing property also great and very fast to answer, they fixed for us tax papers and gave some advices.
The apartment is a bit old but clean, all was working, including ac, but only in the sleeping room, a bit of noise from
The restaurant down at the evening but not critical , so it is not luxury place, but good simple clean place for the budget in good area, we have stayed 1 week.
Also kitchen was useful, we could cook some simple food there
Different tours you can buy on the beach as well.
A bit dark as window is small and AC is not powerful, but ok for the sleeping room.

The older couple were very nice. Great location, good size balcony, clean toilet. Great working fridge.
There was black mold inside the vents of the AC unit. There were very few utensils and only one pot to cook with. We had to ask the couple for a pan so we could cook a meal.

недалеко від пляжу, поруч магазин і прямо під готелем чудовий ресторан Atlantic. Наявність кухонного куточка, приладдя. Приємна господиня
номер виглядає "втомленим". Запах каналізації, розетка, яка вивалювалась зі стіни, правда, згодом її полагодили. Як заселились, не було ні туалетного паперу, якесь розбавлене рідке мило

Internet loš,šporet koji je jedini u kuhinji radi samo mala ringla za kafu,,a velika ne radi,rerne nema,tv nema ni jedan program a jos je iz perioda proslog veka,stoji za ukras.Peskiri se ne menjaju za 10 dana boravka kao ni ciscenje samog apartmana.Nije bila ni metla da bi sam ocisto pod.Sve u svemu losa usluga osoblja i vlasnika,a cena je na nivou konkurentnih apartmana na toj lolaciji,ali gde su dalo bolje opremljeni i usluga bolja.
