It was a great location for walking into central Arles. Many cafes close by. Very clean and wonderful staff. I really appreciated the ability to store luggage before and after my one night, and also the AC and the elevator. I didn't eat there but the dining area was cute. Super clean and great water pressure. Good Wi-Fi!
Only issue was that the mattress was a little saggy in the middle. And the heater in the bathroom wasn't labeled - I pulled the cord thinking it was an exhaust fan, and then couldn't figure out how to turn it off. (It eventually turned off on a timer)

Good location, easy to park, staff is nice and helpful. They arrange checkin for you if you arrive late.

The Hotel is just perfect for stay overnight! They offer breakfast and also a Spa (that I don't use because had no time). The location is just perfect, all attractions are just in a stone drop away, in a short walking distance. The staff is excellent, the lady at the reception was friendly and tried to offer me a better room as well (thank you again) but I was ok with mine. The absolutely big extra is the parking on-site that is a garage attached to the hotel with a door between. It's the best access to your room from your car and your car is in safe. In Arles, around that corner is RECOMMENDED to keep your car behind the door, this is my recommendation.
Again, I was extremely satisfied with my stay here and thank you for the kindness of the receptionist, again!

The location was excellent, the breakfast satisfactory and the room and facilities good.
I chose this place because it advertised that it had parking. This was fundamental to my choice. It did not. In the fine print, there was mention that parking had to be booked. I believe, there were 4 parking places for a hotel with 30 or 40 rooms - hardly a genuine availability of parking.
