Spacious and well maintained property above Bolsena will give you nice views and a really special feeling. Very nice host, owner and all the family members are all hard-working and will do everything to make you feel comfortable. Although a bit elevated, it is very close to lake and city center. Nice swimming pool and breakfast perfect for those with a sweet tooth. There is some 5 attractive cities to see within 15 min drive.
Nothing really. Maybe at first it gives you impression of scattered barns on property area, but this is one of the best agrotourisms I have been at so far.

breakfast not more than reasonable, the area is beautiful, the location prefect -out of the village, but close enough
the owner did not inform us that the gate may be locked at night. It was open when we returned after dinner on the 1st night of our stay, but when we came back at 9:30 pm on the 2nd night, it was locked. No one answered on our calls to the hotel phones. We had to return to the village, look for the local police station, only to find it closed at that hour. Luckily for us, there was a restaurant nearby still open, and they contacted police to find the private phone of the hotel owner. This finally solved the problem. The code for entrance in fact appeared on a list of paper with the WiFi passwords, but the owner did not mention this fact, and we did not see any need to take this piece of paper with us.
