The location was perfect for us. Beautiful beach just minutes away. Close to Nice and Monaco. The pool was clean with an amazing view, although you must pay for sunbeds( 6euro for a full day, 3 euro for half day). The view from the balcony is beautiful. The apartment is small but the view compensates. Parking is free, safe with closed gates and very close to the apartment. We had a wonderful time.
The floors were not very clean( it was a bit dusty), the parasol on the balcon was broken, and the bathroom walls were moldy(possible from the humidity). I cleaned up the floor and the mold from the bathroom. Apart from these small issues, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was amazing! The bus stop was just outside which made it easy ( and cheap) to travel to Nice and Cap Ferrat. It was also a pleasant stroll down to the beach and along
