Air Conditioning after a long day on the Bike (Gouda and back!)
Nothing wrong with the overall experience, but the stairs were hard for us (mid 70's and with bags).

Staff friendly.. excellent bed.
No information on paper what the wf. Pin code was untill I phoned them from the room. No info about the Tv.
Shower cubicle is dangerous for slipping. Especially for us older people. Would help if there was a rubber anti slip mat in there. Extra pillow and duve no covers.
No help taking up our luggage to the room as my hubby is using a stick and i also battled up the stairs. Need something to help older people.
