Punta Arrocito is one of Huatulco's best locations with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. The condo is only a 5-minute walk to Playa Arrocito beach, a protected cove with calm waters perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

While visiting Playa Arrocito you can order food or drinks at the beach. Umbrellas and beach chairs are also available to rent.

Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive in Huatulco, and the staff at the front gate can call one for you within minutes. Most rides to restaurants and supermarkets take less than 10 minutes.

The condo is perfect for a family or romantic vacation, with two pools, 24-hour security, shuffleboard court and fast fiber optic WiFi. A 55-inch Roku TV lets you wind down & Netflix® after a day in the sun - All while enjoying the afternoon breeze.

Condo sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms: Main bedroom has ocean view with king bed and futon, and the second bedroom has pool/parking view with one queen bed and a bunkbed.

You’ll love Punta Arrocito because of the relaxed and quiet atmosphere, the immaculate property, and the friendly and helpful on-site property management staff. If you like to prepare your own meals, the open-plan kitchen has everything you need to cook like a seaside chef.

The condo is fully equipped with many appliances (A/C, washer/dryer, stove, electric grill, microwave, ceiling and floor fans, icemaking fridge, blender, coffee machine, toaster, pantry items, hair dryer) & even beach towels!

There is also a small library of English-language books that you can take to the beach or read poolside.

Punta Arrocito is a gated community, with 24-hour manned access, and is 100%-wheelchair accessible. We have a landscaped seafront walkway perfect for meditation at dawn or dusk.

We are only a few minutes drive from downtown La Crucecita, shops, and many different types of restaurants. Two large-format supermarkets are also a short ride away, making it quick, easy and affordable for you to go grocery shopping when needed.

There is free parking for one vehicle and on-site storage for larger items (kayak, bycicles) if needed.

I will be available on my mobile to assist in any way I can during your stay. Everything from handing you the keys to providing optional weekly cleaning service (at an additional cost) is handled by our professional on-site property manager. Their job is to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Our goal is to make Punta Arrocito your home away from home when you decide to visit sunny Huatulco!

SANITIZATION: We leave two full days between guest stays for thorough sanitization and cleaning of the condo.

ATTENTION SMOKERS: Punta Arrocito has very strict no-smoking rules. No smoking is permitted inside the condo or on the oceanfront deck. Smoking in elevators, walkways, bathrooms and pool areas is also strictly prohibited (including vapes). We are sorry, but if you really have to smoke, you will have to step outside of the property.
