Reception staff was very good . Went out the way to make us feel Welcome
The bathroom had everything we need.
The cleaning staff were very good
The older barman was very rude , made us wait . Was not serving anyone . Asked for lemons or lime for my bottle was told no. Run out.
After a lady had lemon in her gin and tonic. I would expect for the price premium that they should have fruit especially as served fish and chips.
The king size bed was not comfortable the beds felt moved as hand.went down middle.

Very near to the airport for an early flight.

It was a bit cold in the 5th floor bar and restaurant.

Good location and price
Expensive car park, small bed, one lift not working, breakfast quality not as good as in the past. Room decor dismal.
