The small details like different coloured toothbrushes and slippers (which make for easier differentiation), the fluffy slippers and towels, the very helpful and friendly staff.
The location is near many local food streets and about a 10min walk to the mall for more trendy food choices.
There was a faint smell of stale cigerette smoke sometimes even on the non-smoking floor.

The breakfast food quality is average, but the location is quite convenient; however, the hotel itself is quite old.
The corridor has an unpleasant smell, and there are people smoking in the elevator.
